Today morning after breakfast at hotel, later proceed for full day guided tour to New Delhi and Old Delhi, visit Qutub Minar and drive pass to Lotus Temple also visit Humayun’s Tomb, later drive pass to Rashtrapati Bhavan and India Gate. After lunch at Delhi local city restaurant later proceed for Old Delhi sightseeing tour visit Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid and drive pass to Red Fort also take a short rickshaw ride at Chandni Chowk spice market and huge market for clothes.

Day 3 : New Delhi - Rishikesh (230 Kms / 5 Hrs)
Today morning after breakfast at hotel, later check out and drive to Rishikesh. Upon arrival at Rishikesh check-in to your Ashram for night stay. Rest of the day free for your leisure activities.

Day 4 : At Rishikesh
Today morning after breakfast, rest of the day is free to spend for yoga and meditation activities available at the Ashram.

Day 8 : Rishikesh - Shiv Puri (30 Kms / 30 Mins)
Today morning after breakfast at Asham, later check out and drive to Shivpuri. On arrival at Shivpuri check-in to your resort for night stay.
Late afternoon jungle walk in the reserve forest around the resort. After visit return back to resort for overnight stay.

Day 9 : At Shiv Puri
Early morning wake up for a Yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. After breakfast drive to Byasi / Kaudiyala to start the rafting up to Shivpuri. Arrive Byasi briefing on safety, raft maneuvering, team spirit development etc.
Today we exercise teamwork and hit the most exciting rapids on Ganges. Evening meditation and relaxation.

Day 10 : At Shiv Puri
Today early morning wake up for one and half hour drive to Hindolakhal, Upon arrival start trek to Kunjapuri. The one hour trek goes through thick forest till we reach the top i.e. Kunjapuri.
After exploring the area for some time join the class for Asanas, relaxation & meditation. Witness the sunrise on Greater Himalayan peaks and afterwards trace your steps back to Nature camp resort. Free time for own activities. After lunch drive to Chilla for a wildlife safari. Arrive Chilla, briefing on jungle discipline, animal behavior & low impact eco friendly outdoors.

Day 11 : Shiv Puri - New Delhi (270 Kms / 6 Hrs)
Today early morning advance yoga class with question answer session helping in assessment of change in personality during the course.
After breakfast at hotel, late check out and drive back to New Delhi. Upon arrival at New Delhi check-in to your hotel for night stay.

Day 12 : Departure from New Delhi
Today morning after breakfast at hotel, later check out and transfer to New Delhi airport to board the flight to your home.
